My love for painting started during my secondary years. I started to borrow books on paintings. I drew and painted during my free time. It was my hobbies to draw, paint and even ‘mould’ (making house sculpture). I did not choose Arts as my major study subjects. I thought that it must be an ‘inferior’ subject, since Science required good results.
Having live my life until now, I am still learning and thinking! I thought that art is something to be drawn and painted when I was young. I love to see various sorts of paintings, especially oil painting. I looked out for exhibits and looked out for paintings in the newspapers when I was young. After I had chosen Science, the ‘study’ of arts became my hobbies.
Little do I know that arts are not only restricted to just drawing, painting and even in sculptures! There are more to LIFE and Life itself is an art…. and just what is art? When you cannot explain certain things, we would lump them all in one category called ARTS — which is basically what you cannot explain. “It’s an art!” You hear people saying this. Everything seemed to be an art in that case, you might say. And in anyway, you are right. What is right and what is wrong in this world? Nobody can really know! There is always something NEW and something EXTRA in everything that we encounter, waiting for you to DISCOVER more about them…. and I think that we had come so far as a nation, and it is now the “State of Art” time — the showcase of the truth of the Mastermind of the Universe.
The Power of the Fourth Dimension
Just happened to wake up at about 3.30am and now is 10 February 2011 according to my computer timing (Singapore Time). I was inspired by another long time internet friend, Garry Blanson and even Tomas Karkalas just before I slept; and my computer was still on those pages. At 3.30am, I was awoken by “Lights“. I opened my eyes and saw it was Richard’s computer being ON!! On his screen, there were ‘movements’. I put on my spectacle. Next, a rectangle prompting came out: Sun Microsystems… later, this prompting was all gone by itself… (ring a bell… to be continued)
Next, I continued to read some motivational words of Garry Blanson, and I saw his montage, created in 2008! I tried mine. And the result is as follows (the date is 9 February 2011, from this media, One True Media…).
