Business Opportunities

Along this stretch of road at Bukit Gombak, the whole stretch of ‘straight road’ in front of Bukit Gombak MRT Station, you can find these two coffee shops as shown below. These two coffee shops are situated just below the HDB Flats and are near to the roadside.

As shown below, the first coffeeshop which is nearer to Bukit Gombak MRT Station is Blk 359. The next one is Blk 347, some distance away from this coffee shop, and further away from Bukit Gombak MRT Station.

Blk 359 Bukit Gombak Coffee Shop

This photograph was taken on 12 September 2008. I had not patronized this coffee shop for many many years. This is not because I do not like the food there, but rather, ‘its location’ is ‘no good’. Why?

After alighting from Bukit Gomak MRT Station, you walked straight towards this stretch of road until you come to the traffic light here as shown below.

This explains why this coffeeshop is ‘my choice’ coffeeshop, The Oasis, rather than Blk 359.

This coffee shop has such a good location. Yet, I wonder why there are not so much people when I went to the coffee shop here today. And I saw many stalls closed, and the stalls were definitely not the ones which I had seen in the year 2008 (12 September 2008). Within such a short period of time, the shops were ‘gone’! Why is this so? Soon you will find out….
