Peace Be With You

Peace Be With You. There are hardly any good news in the news. But I am here to tell you about the Good News. The Good News that Jesus Christ is Risen and is alive. He was dead but he lives forever now. He is the Living One. (Apocalypse 1:9-19)

“As the Father sent me, so am I sending you,” Jesus said to His disciples in John 20:19-31, Gospel readings for the mass of Second Easter Sunday at the church. Jesus said,”You believe because you can see me. Happy are those who have not seen and yet believe.”

In Singapore, it is so hard to see a white dove, but I had seen ONE, a real white dove on this Easter Season. This is really the Good News of the Risen Christ, the Resurrected Jesus that was once dead. He is being represented by the White Dove (the Holy Spirit).

On 10 April 2010 when I first saw it, I did not bring along my Casio Camera. I thought it was such a waste back home on that day. Though I had taken pictures of the white dove with my handphone, it was not so clear. But Jesus knows me. As depicted by the two white doves, the ‘lovebirds’, I saw the 2 birds again on 11 April 2010 (on my way to church). This time, I captured it with my Casio Camera and so this is the white dove.

In fact, doves or pigeons are used in olden days by people to deliver message. The doves help people to convey messages, that is, they bring messages to people. The white dove is such a lovely bird, looked so pure and innocent. I had received several messages from Jesus. I am still ‘Learning Christ’.

I had written at Happiness Is Bliss, The Genuine Smile that “ I am going to bring Peace, spread Peace to the World. (I do not want to write this, but I am again ‘force’ and ‘guided’ to write this. You may not believe me, but I have no idea too. How many times while I am writing this, I wanted to cancel the words in Pink, but some kind of force keep bringing it back. This is the least I can do now.)” — these I wrote on 1 January 2008, not knowing that I would ‘encounter’ Jesus at all on 8 March 2008. Later, I was pregnant and I gave birth to Isaac last year, 2009. This year, 2010, I am no longer ‘baby Jesus’. I am a mature christian now, and thus what I see this year was different from what I had seen last year.
